Terms of Service

By accessing my website, contacting me, or engaging my services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use my services.

I provide web development, software engineering, server administration, and digital infrastructure services including but not limited to:

• Frontend and backend web development
• Database design and optimization
• Linux server setup and administration
• Docker containerization and deployment
• Network configuration and installation
• Technical consulting and code reviews

All pricing is clearly stated on my website and in project proposals:

• Prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless otherwise specified
• A 50% deposit is required before starting any project
• Remaining 50% is due upon project completion and before final deployment
• Payment methods accepted: Bank Transfer (BCA, Mandiri, BRI), PayPal
• Additional features or changes outside original scope will be billed separately

Project timelines are estimates based on initial requirements:

• Timelines will be provided in the project proposal or agreement
• Delays may occur due to changing requirements or client feedback
• I will communicate any significant delays as early as possible
• Delivery is considered complete when the project is deployed to production

Client Ownership: Upon full payment, you own the custom code specifically created for your project. I retain the right to reuse general code, components, and libraries that are not unique to your project.

My Rights: I reserve the right to include the project in my portfolio and case studies unless specifically requested otherwise in writing.

Third-Party Assets: Any third-party libraries, frameworks, or assets used remain under their respective licenses.

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide clear, timely feedback and required assets
• Respond to questions or requests within 3 business days
• Test deliverables promptly and report any issues
• Maintain your own hosting and domain services (unless arranged otherwise)
• Not hold me liable for issues caused by third-party services

Revisions: Two rounds of revisions are included for most projects. Additional revisions are billed at an hourly rate as agreed.

Maintenance: Post-launch maintenance is available through separate maintenance packages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption, arising from or related to my services. My total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While I strive for excellence, I do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice:

• Client is responsible for payment of work completed up to termination date
• Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced
• I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Indonesia.

I reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of my services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
